Quite a few people have been asking about the Sober Grid app that I use and I came across this article. It really helped me in the first few weeks so it’s definitely worth a try. If you’re just looking to cut down or monitor your drinking try Drinkaware.

Funny, I was just looking over articles about some of the better sobriety apps to use. I currently have I Am Sober on my phone, but don’t know that I love it quite yet. Thanks for sharing.
I’ve only tried Drinkaware (UK) and Sober Grid. I like how it’s basically a social networking platform but with the extras. Xx
